EDI Solutions

What is EDI

If you need to trade electronically with another organisation, in most cases you will be required to use Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

EDI is a universally recognised method of communicating orders and invoices digitally with trading partners. A platform located locally or in the cloud is established with direct communication to your specified trading partner(s), this then allows you to quickly and easily exchange order information.

The Atlas Solution

Our solutions range from simple print and rekey for small businesses with limited technological capabilities to fully fledged enterprise solutions with sophisticated automation and integration functionality.

Standard EDI

Atlas MX is an entry level system that can be scaled to grow with your business. It’s an easy to use solution that removes the financial and technical burdens from even the smallest of businesses. Full integration with ERP systems is also available.

Enterprise EDI

The Atlas e-Business Portal allows access to EDI through a simple online log in; making business document exchange with your partners accessible from anywhere.

Managed EDI

The Atlas managed service allows your EDI to be outsourced. With managed EDI you simply drag and drop invoices into a folder on your computer and Atlas will take care of the rest.

Complete Integration

Integration allows invoicing data to be passed straight from an EDI solution to an ERP system at the click of a button. This process removes the need to re-key data and can greatly improve efficiencies.
